  • How long are shipping times? 

Your product will ship within 1-5 days of you placing your order, and then it will take 7-14 days to reach your doorstep.  Each product at Glamoroushairme has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received on time due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase. 

 

  • What’s your return policy? 

All sales are FINAL due to hygiene standards.  

But you do have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.  Refunds are only applicable if there is a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was received.  We request you to please send us a pic of the item to info@glamoroushairme.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return (no altering of the hair can be done - this includes cutting off the lace on the wig, coloring of the hair, cutting of the hair, or any other modifications to the hair then originally received).

Once received we will review.  Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days on your requestWe will then let you know if your product is eligible for a full refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.  We aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

 

  • Can I cancel my order? 

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product.  Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. 

 

  • What happens if I receive the wrong item? 
If there's and issue with your order -- if it's the wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we will get the correct one sent to you if the wrong item shipped out.  Just send us a pic of the item.

 

  • Do you offer exchanges?  
Due to hygiene standards we do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, please send us a pic of what you received and we will make sure you get what you ordered.
